The Carnival was a HUGE success! We had a wonderful day and many smiles were seen!

Tons of Games, Prizes, Food, Drinks, Crafts, Bounce Houses, Lego building, Kids play area, Face Painting, Henne Tattoos, and much much moe!
Music by Paul Stevenson, Performance by Exelle Majorette & Dance Group, and a Special Performance by Chelsea and Stevie Moses from the Band EVK!!!
Visits from McGruff the Crime Dog, Handy the Clown, and Lumpy the Clown.
Also available will be representatives from various agencies who provide services to Families and Children! Learn about adoption, foster parenting, the foreign exchange program, counseling, Operation Our Town, Home Nursing Agency WIC Program, Blair Family Solutions, Blair County Conservation, Child Advocates of Blair County, etc.
